Pick your cadence
Tell us how often you want to come in: every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Coming in more often gets a bigger discount because we know we will see you regularly.
See your monthly amount
We work out the value of your visits over a year, apply your cadence discount, and divide by 12. Same figure every month, on the same day, for 12 months.
Book and go
Sign up, pay your first month, book your first visit. From there it is just turning up. We handle the rest.

A / What you commit to
Twelve payments. Show up.
- 12 monthly payments of the same amount, starting the day you sign up.
- Booking your visits at the cadence you chose (4, 6 or 8 weeks).
- Letting us know if you cannot make an appointment so we can offer it to someone else.
B / What we commit to
The price you signed up for. Every visit.
- The exact monthly amount you signed up for. No price increases mid-Plan.
- Every treatment in your basket, every visit.
- The same standard of care across all four studios.
- A 14-day cooling-off period from the day you sign up.
- A clean cancellation at the end of 12 months. No automatic re-billing, no traps. We will email you 60 days before the Plan ends.
This Plan has no interest, no fees, no extra charges. The monthly amount you see in the calculator is the only amount you pay. Read the full Plan agreement before you sign up. It sets out cancellation rights, missed-payment handling, and everything else in plain language.

You can attend any of our studios on any visit. Book whichever one suits your week.
Common questions
The things people ask.
01Is this a subscription?
No. It is a 12-month Plan with 12 fixed monthly payments. At the end of the 12 months it ends automatically. We will not keep billing you on a rolling basis. We will get in touch about whether you want to start a new Plan.
02How is my monthly amount worked out?
We add up the standard one-off prices for the treatments you have chosen, apply a discount based on how often you come in (30% if every 4 weeks, 25% if every 6 weeks, 20% if every 8 weeks), multiply by the number of visits in 12 months, and divide by 12. Same maths, every customer.
03Can I change my treatments or my cadence after I have signed up?
Mid-Plan changes mean a new Plan: we end the current one (settling fairly for what you have used) and start a fresh 12-month Plan with your new selections. We do this so the price you signed up for stays honest.
04What happens if I miss an appointment?
If you give us less than 24 hours notice or do not turn up, that visit counts as taken. If you cancel in time we will rebook. The Plan continues either way.
05What if I cannot make my Plan payment one month?
We will automatically retry the payment over the following week, and we will email and text you so you know. We will not cancel your Plan without talking to you first. If you genuinely cannot pay, contact us early and we will work something out.
06Can I cancel?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you sign up to cancel for any reason under your statutory cooling-off rights (we may deduct the value of any treatments you have already had). After the 14 days, the Plan is a 12-month commitment, but we will consider mid-Plan cancellation in genuine circumstances - medical reasons, our failure to deliver, or at our discretion. The full Plan agreement explains exactly how this works.
07Are facials, massage, or spray tan included?
Not in this Plan. We are starting with waxing only. Add-ons are charged at our standard rates if you want them.
08Does it work across all four studios?
Yes. Manchester, Leeds, Wilmslow and Wigan. Book wherever suits your week.
09Do you store my card details?
Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. You can update your card any time through a secure customer portal.
