1. Who we are

This website (waxformen.co.uk) is operated by Precision Life&Style Group Ltd (company number 17017520), registered in England and Wales with registered office at 6 Minshull Street, Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 3ED. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company; “you” and “your” refer to anyone visiting this site or buying our services. Contact: info@plguk.com / 0161 564 4406.

2. Using this website

You can use this website to read about our services, book treatments at our studios, and sign up to an Unlimiwax membership. By using the site you agree to these terms.

You must not use this site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or copy content for commercial use without permission, or to interfere with our or any other user’s use of the site.

3. Bookings

Treatments are booked through Fresha. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you pay. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We aim to honour the therapist, time and treatment you booked but reserve the right to make minor changes for clinical or operational reasons.

If you cannot attend, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a booked appointment without notice we may charge a no-show fee equivalent to the booked treatment.

4. Unlimiwax membership

The Unlimiwax membership is governed by the dedicated membership agreement which sets out monthly fee, term length, included services, cancellation rights and payment-failure handling.

The membership is a 12-month service subscription paid by Direct Debit. It is not a credit product. It is structured to fall inside the consumer-credit exemption in Article 60F(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001.

5. Right to cancel and refunds

If you buy a treatment or membership online and have not yet used any part of it, you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind and receive a full refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you have used part of the service within the 14 days, we are entitled to charge you for the part you have used at our standard one-off rates and refund the balance.

The Unlimiwax membership has its own cancellation provisions set out in the membership agreement.

6. Pricing

All prices on this website include VAT where applicable. We may change our prices for future bookings but the price displayed at the time of your booking is the price you pay for that booking.

7. Treatment safety and your responsibilities

You must give honest, accurate information about your medical history, allergies, current medication and any condition relevant to a male waxing service. We rely on this to keep you safe. If you withhold material information and are harmed as a result, our liability is reduced or excluded.

We may refuse or stop a treatment if we judge it unsafe.

8. Our liability

We will deliver our services with reasonable care and skill consistent with the standards expected of qualified male waxing specialists.

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you booked, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example fire, flood, supplier failure, pandemic, public-health closures).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law says we cannot limit.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is owned by Precision Life&Style Group Ltd or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, modify or distribute content without our written permission.

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. How we use cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing members will be communicated by email.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us first at info@plguk.com. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 14 days.
